decent accomodation
hearty breakfast friendly owner dining area poor soundproofing shower variations missing mirror
i appreciated that breakfast was hearty. the owner was friendly and helpful. the setup with use of the dining area allowed for eating takeaway foods.
the rooms are not well soundproofed. the shower has many temperature and pressure variations. there was no mirror in front of the sink.

The host was super friendly. He accommodated my needs with ease. A continental breakfast selection offered good choices. The garden area was open for relaxation.
The room lacked proper soundproofing, a bit of a letdown. The shower's temperature fluctuated, a minor inconvenience. A mirror was absent near the sink, a small omission.

the location IS close to the beach and Dreamland.
the shower was temperamental. It had many changes in temperature. Pressure changes were noticeable also. There was NO mirror opposite the sink.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
poor soundproofing temperature fluctuation
The breakfast was tasty and good value.
Soundproofing was not good in the room. The shower had major issues with temperature and pressure. It kept fluctuating. A mirror should be placed in front of the sink, because it was missing.

serene escape
delicious options quiet atmosphere
Jim helped us so much. he ensured our needs were met. breakfast offered excellent value and delicious options. i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and proximity to local attractions. It was a short walk to town.
the sink in the room drained slowly. this made washing up a bit inconvenient. i hope they fix it soon
